Confirming what we already knew… a new study finds obesity is bad. Okay, so there’s more to it than that. The new study suggests that obesity is hastening global warming. As the article points out, “…obese people are disproportionately responsible for high food prices and greenhouse gas emissions because they consume 18% more food energy due to their greater body mass — and require increased quantities of fuel to transport themselves and the food they eat.”
Finally. a scientifically proven reason to hate fat people. It’s about time. Fat people have had it too good for too long. I’m glad we have scientists dedicating their careers to taking obese people off their high (and comically sagged) horse.
